MIND CONTROL WEAPON :
The term “Mind control” basically means covert attempts to influence the thoughts and behavior of human beings against their will (or without their knowledge), particularly when surveillance of an individual is used as an integral part of such influencing and the term “Psychotronic Torture” comes from psycho (of psychological) and electronic. This is actually a very sophisticated form of remote technological torture that slowly invalidates and incapacitates a person.
These invisible and non-traceable technological assaults on human beings are done in order to destroy someone psychologically and physiologically. Actually, as par scientific resources, the human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors.
They include, but are not limited to, the chemical-electrical activity of the brain, heart, and peripheral nervous system, the signals sent from the cortex region of the brain to other parts of our body, the tiny hair cells in the inner ear that process auditory signals, and the light-sensitive retina and cornea of the eye that process visual activity. We are on the threshold of an era in which these data processors of the human body may be manipulated or debilitated.
Definition of psychotronic (psycho-physical) Psychotronic Weapons:
this is the totality of all possible methods and means (techno-genic, suggestive, pharmacological, paranormal, complexes, and others) of hidden, forced influences on the psyche of a person for the purpose of modifying his onsciousness, behavior and health for what is desired in the way of influencing aspects of control..." This is not only dangerous, this is deadly!"
The First phase is the harassment/surveillance program.
They use Echelon, Tempest, microchips, implants, see through wall radar, obtain informants, neighbors, and co-conspirators to harass, discredit, and harm an individual. Victims loose their families, jobs, homes, and cars. Ultimate goal to destroy a persons life which will isolate them from family, friends. The isolation is needed to have access to the person to conduct many of the experiments on them.
The second phase is the assaults of Directed Energy Weapons.
After a victim becomes isolated from everyone in the world. The victim now having feelings of regret, remorse, of loss, trauma, and are drained and broken emotionally and physically. During this time many have been implanted with microchips. Many begin experiencing extreme pain to their head. Some hear voices. Then pain is delivered to various other parts of their bodies. The pain is delivered by Directed Energy Weapons.
Directed Energy Weapons
Some of the weapons were known as non-lethal weapons. They use such weapons as extremely low frequency Elf electromagnetic weapons (which has been used in mind control), acoustics, harmonics (which have been used as a mind control technique), ultrasound, microwave audiograms, microwave pulsed, and radio frequency. Another electromagnetic energy beam can be used to induce "considerable agitation and muscular activity" or "induce muscular weakness and lethargy" this weapon is know as Ultra High Frequency EM. Psychological warfare tactics are being used against unsuspecting citizens to destroy their jobs, their families and their lives. The perpetrators will stop at nothing. Their objective is to utterly destroy a person, very often resulting in a person taking his or her own life, or ending up in a mental hospital. This has been taking place for years and nothing is ever said about it. Nothing is ever written about it. Some people also experience electronic harassment. This is extremely distressing, painful and invasive, and feels like one's mind and body is undergoing constant rape, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The technology used to do this is unknown, but hundreds of victims report the same physical sensations and experiences. Many take their lives in an attempt to escape the horror. The technology involves the use of electromagnetic waves of various frequencies to achieve different results. Some frequencies will make a person tired, while others may cause confusion or memory loss. "Electronic harassment" or e-harassment is a catch-all term used to describe a group of circumstances which a large number of people are currently experiencing in common.

the congressman Denis J. Kucinich introduced in the American Congress A bill, obliging the American president to get engaged in the negotiations aimed at the ban of space based weapons. In this bill the definition of a weapon system includes: any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, od damaging or destroying, a person(or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) through the use of land-based, sea-based,or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations or the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of cush persons or populations.
As in all legislative acts quoted in this article the bill counts with sound, light or electromagnetic stimulation of human brain.Psychotronic fweapons remain, at least for a layman uninformed of secret military research, in the sphere of science fiction, since so far none of the published scientific experiments was presented in the way which would allow for its replication. That it is feasible to manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either sound or visual, messages is now generally known. This is why in most of the countries the use of such technologies, without consent of the user, is banned. Devices using light for the stimulation of the brain show another way how the light flashing in certain frequencies could be used for the manipulation of human psychic life.
As for the sound, a report on the device transmitting a beam of sound waves, which can hear only persons at whon the beam of sound waves is targeted, appeared last year in the world newspapers. The beam is formed by a combination of sound and ultrasound waves which causes that a person targeted by this beam hears the sound inside of his head. Such a perception could easily convince the human being that it is mentally ill. The acts presented in this article suggest that with the develpment of technology and knowledge of the functioning of human brain new ways of manipulation of human mind keep emerging. There are at least ten top secret American facilities in Australia, with the so called ‘Joint Defense Space Research facility’ at Pine Gap, a multi-billion dollar operation, being the most important. Originally Pine Gap was decreed to control and act as a downlink for geosynchronous satellites gathering intelligence, stationed over the Pacific and Asia by the CIA, NSA and NRO. Construction was undertaken solely by American contractors flying in, making it operational by 1970.
Large underground facilities are rumored to extend twelve levels below the base. Long tunnels are laid out in a similar pattern to the spokes of a wheel and extend several miles from the center. A secret nuclear reactor is installed in a deep shielded underground chamber. Reportedly, extending five miles below the base is a bore hole containing an ultra low frequency antenna which is apparently used for secret experiments supposedly related to Nikola Tesla’s resonance theories, as well as low frequency communications throughout the world.

Pine Gap has eight white radomes placed near groups of long low buildings. Miles away a double security fence is patrolled by Americans and Australian Police. There is a five mile no fly zone. Pine Gap is now being expanded with a second above ground power station and additional housing for staff of around 1,200 in 1996. The reason : “Asian economic espionage”.
A major NSA defector revealed that US has been carrying out continuous research into electromagnetic propulsion at Pine Gap since 1966, which was originally started in US after the war. Security aspects have included hypnotic and post hypnotic keys planted in personnel prior into acceptance into the project. A man has claimed his father worked on UFOs at Pine Gap. He worked for the FAA in 1970 fixing the programming of mainframe computers.
He was one of only two or three in the US who knew whatever program they were installing. During the late 70’s he made several trips to Australia. When his father came to visit, he had a locked briefcase that was chained to him. They were then followed everywhere. His father said he was working on a flying saucer, involved with anti-gravity propulsion, melding the computer elements together for the guidance or stability part of it, underground at Pine Gap.
Pine Gap locals have seen 30 ft wide white disks being unloaded from large US cargo planes at the airports with the USAF emblem on them. Many are seen flying at night. Much furniture has been delivered. An enormous amount of food is apparently stocked in warehouses of what could be a multi-leveled underground city. Dr Jean Francois Gille writes that shares put on the market at the same time will cause a world stock market crash. Cash will be worthless and the risks of a global planned confrontation will be high. Underground bases will serve as a place of safety for politicians and international financiers. Plastic cards will be necessary and the setting up of a world government ensuring ‘peace’. Many will be taken to concentration camps.
Our new ‘Masters’ have the alien’s support that they have made alliances with. William Cooper says all the CIA Directors and Secretaries of State were all members of the Council on Foreign Relations and also the MJ 12, which includes Kissinger. They rule US. The secret government kill America’s children for the alien projects according to their agreements with alien nations to rule the world jointly. They can make US currency worthless at any time and bring everyone under control with their global credit card.
In 1996 witnesses saw a triangular craft descend at an area west of Pine Gap and many UFOs have been seen coming and going regularly from camouflaged entrances at Pine Gap. Scientists and various aliens, (mostly reptilians claiming to have once originated from earth, with DNA of a 2 legged earth sauroid) that the US govt. has made alliances with work together underground there. Genetic research in the form of human/alien hybridization and anti-gravity experimentation is done at Pine Gap and other underground US bases.

Stan says it is rumored that there are super IBM computer systems on a floating platform, ‘down the well’ underneath the facility. IBM has mammoth computers which can recognize both voice and visual patterns. Their main memory sizes are said to be in excess of 2,000,000,000 bytes. The first 2 antennas for controlling and communicating with satellites were constructed in 1966-67. In 1974 unauthorized photos and other information from inside the faculty are reported to have been sold to Russia.
In 1991 Pine Gap was instrumental in tracking Iraqi SCUD missiles, with satellite imagery tracking the Iraqi troops. Diane Harrison wrote there are now about 18 satellite control antennas, making it one of the largest satellite control stations in the world for satellites parked in fixed orbits above the equator. The most recent satellites are 300 feet diameter. They intercept signals in the VHF, UHF and millimeter wave frequency bands. Within that frequency there are 4 categories of signals.
The first category monitors signals transmitted in the course of advanced weapons development, particularly ballistic missiles. The first satellites were designed for this and monitored Russian missile development programs and now monitors other countries. The newer satellites are now primarily for the Soviet Union. This intelligence is shared.
The second category monitors signals from large radars, including ones associated with anti-ballistic missile fields. air defense radars, radars on ships. Analysis of this tells lot about the capabilities of those anti-missile and anti-aircraft systems in the various air defense fields around the globe.
Thirdly intercepting the communications of other satellite systems, i.e. communications which are going up from ground to communication satellites which are also based in fixed orbits. Listening satellites parked close to the communications satellites.
Finally they monitor a wide range of other microwave emissions on the earth’s surface including: long distance phone calls transmitted via terrestrial microwave circuits enabling them to monitor military, political and government agencies or private individuals.
Diane says that a satellite can be parked over the interior of a country and intercept the microwave emissions coming from it. The satellites are under the control of the CIA, who in turn answer to the NRO (National Reconnaissance Office). There are 8 large radomes, that cover the antenna arrays which keeps sand etc. away and conceal the antenna’s position from enemy spy satellites.
There are a wide range of communication devices: HF radio, underground cable, telstra telephone and telex, 2 satellites communication terminals to occupy the on average 1,200 staff. The staff have to wear color coded ID to match the color ribbons running along the walls. US Military Airlift Command carry thousands of tapes home for further study and send parts and supplies twice weekly. There are direct links from Pine Gap to the US bases in the Philippines, Guam, Krugerdorp South Africa and the Amundsen-Scott base at the South Pole.
The computer room is one of the biggest in the world and the operators use headsets to communicate. Within the central operations building at Pine Gap people are keeping the satellite and its antenna focused on the signals they are intercepting. Then other staff process the enormous volume of interpreted signals.
Then the signals are analyzed for intelligence data. Up to 1980 Australians were not allowed access to the voice intercepts, coming into the signal analysis section. But now they have full access to all areas except the cryptographic room, officially anyway. Univac computers encrypt transmissions, including voices and these go to Redondo Beach in California. About 25 to 30 messages are sent from Pine Gap each day to US and about half go to the CIA headquarters in Langley Virginia.
Though occasionally data is sent directly to the NRO Headquarters in the Pentagon, or to the NSA headquarters at Fort Meade Maryland. Diane writes that there is a group called the Joint Reconnaissance Schedule committee, who meet each morning to decide who is going to be listened to for the next 24 hours to focus the antennas on the satellites. e.g. who is doing a missile test, or if a political crisis occurs somewhere. A similar station to Pine Gap is located in South Africa with 1,200 staff and is also linked to another VLF station at the South Pole.
Dr Gille writes that Pine Gap has enormous computers connected to US, Krugersdorp South Africa, Guam, Canberra, Antarctica US base counterparts, which collect information from these countries, about finance, technology, and everything about people.
The Amundsen-Scott base at the South Pole is located on a sensitive magnetic spot of our planet, in that it holds exactly the same assets as Pine Gap, and that all the information about most of the average citizens of Western Europe is stored there in memory banks tens of meters under the icepack. Canberra computers were connected to all banks, every post office, all telephones, all police stations and customs houses, every arrival and departure desk for air or sea travelers and to the other data centers collecting data on private citizens in America and Europe.
All financial, economic, political and military information about every citizen of the Western World is being stored. The president of the Rockefeller Foundation arranged the construction of 20 luxury residences in Canberra, to accommodate the world government-to-be.

As well as communications interception and satellite spying there is an interest in undersea activities. (There are said to be over 1,400 alien bases here on this planet including undersea. ) The UKUSA pact has been gathering intelligence on the former Soviet empire for 40 years. Pine Gap, Nurrangar and Menwith Hill operate under this pact. Menwith Hill covers communications and phone calls between USA and Europe in UK.
The NSA which runs this controls over 2,000 electronic intercept stations, with 130,000 personnel around the world. The primary purpose of the NSA was started to decipher alien communications, language and establish dialogue. In 1983 the NSA established a worldwide computer network linking 52 separate government computer systems used throughout the world.
All the information ends up at NSA’s Headquarters in Maryland. So it can plug into each phone call and message in USA, UK and Australia using the US base, Pine Gap and the new installation at Geraldton in Western Australia.

Echelon based at Pine Gap is the technological spy system intercepting all phone calls, faxes, emails and telexes in the world mainly by satellite. Plus other satellites, microwaves signals, cellular and fibre-optic cable communications traffic. Real time phone calls in USA could be listened to at an outpost of Echelon at Menwith Hill in UK. Commercial espionage can be beneficial to the companies that helped the NSA develop the systems that power the Echelon network.
This can also be used to push American manufacturers out of deals in favor of US defense and intelligence contractors, who frequently finance both political parties. The European Parliament is asking if this violates the sovereignty and privacy of citizens in other countries. Though UK does allow surveillance on its own citizens, Menwith Hill and Pine Gap cover US citizens. Echelon stations are all over the globe, from Geraldton W. Australia, Waihopai New Zealand, Ascension Island in the Atlantic, the Indian ocean atoll of Diego Garcia, Guam and the Philippines in the Pacific, to South Africa, Misawa Japan to Leitrim Canada.
Pine Gap, Menwith Hill, Bad Aibling Germany, Colorado USA and Antarctica are main centers. No communications signal escapes the electronic net. The two primary downlink facilities for over 25 satellites acting as giant scoops picking up info from all electronic communications are at Menwith Hill in North York Moors UK and Pine Gap. Menwith Hill has 1,400 American NSA personnel and 350 UK Ministry of Defense staff on site.
Menwith Hill goes back to 1951 and received one of the first sophisticated IBM computers in the early 1960’s. The NSA took it over in 1966. British Telecom wires fibre-optic telephone trunklines capable of carrying 100,000 calls simultaneously through Menwith Hill. It has become a target for peace activists. Echelon decrypts, filters, examines and codifies messages into selective categories for further analysis by intelligence from the various UKUSA agencies.
Men with Hill SILKWORTH super-computer operates voice recognition and optical character recognition and feeds them into data recognition engines. Voice recognition programs convert talk into text messages for further analysis and even individual voices can be targeted, so every call they make is transcribed. Each message is given a 4 digit code as to its source e.g. 5535 for Japanese diplomatic traffic. Keywords are kept up to date by Dictionary Managers.
Messages are transmitted to each agency’s headquarters via a global computer system that acts as the nervous system.

Echelon II
Patrick further exposes the Echelon information tracking outcome of spying on enemies, allies and private citizens.
Daily analysts review the previous day’s translations and these are further categorized into gists, summaries and reports. These are given classifications: Secret, More Secret, Top Secret, Russian Intercepts and intelligence forwarded to non-UKUSA parties. Even secret submarines are able to tap into undersea communications cables. Though 30 other nations across the world also have eavesdropping networks, none compares to Echelon.
A Ph.D. physicist called “V” wrote that the second generation of Echelon called Echelon II is not a US govt. funded project. It has a series of communications bases near the equator. The leaders of this are a cabal from China, several individuals from Europe and a group in US. Its a highway for all e-business and will be used in conjunction with smart cards for one currency. It will a data base designed for the DRAM semiconductor chips mass produced and down to 0.1 microns.
It has a real time transportation system and logistic tracking system, plus a monitoring system for ICBM, aircraft, submarines and a control system for joining all financial institutions together.

Many deaths have occurred by people investigating the INSLAW monitoring technology, which uses a backdoor in computer software programs to feed information back to an intelligence agency.
Research for Star Wars satellite project, now operative at Pine Gap has been conducted under UKUSA. This comprises a global network of satellites which contain powerful lasers, and beam machines. Between 1982 and 1988, 22 British defense scientists linked to UKUSA projects, died in mysterious circumstances. Some have said they were involved the mark of the beast, microchip implant work.
Beast Computer Centers have several dozen people to run them. Even in the 1970’s, an operator could speak into the computer and it would answer. If asked about anyone on the planet, it could usually pull up all kinds of information e.g. how could you get that person to kill someone? or how can I isolate this person? The controllers can actually control the world from a computer. They store vast amounts about people’s thought processes and thinking and it’s possible that electronic surveillance is being done to read the thoughts of people and computers store this information in some usable fashion. People who invent and work at state of the art technology say this is old technology. Large Neural computers that have artificial intelligence using neural processing like the human brain are being used. A war could be created between any two nations by asking about a country and then how to start one.
There is a network of Cray-type computers, perhaps similar to the EMASS system of Cray computers that E-Systems developed. Such a system can store 5 trillion pages of text and work with that data base with lightening speed. The Engineer operator of the Beast Computer said that this system was obsolete in 1973.
Al Bielek also said that the aliens working with US military gave the info to build Cray computers at the CIA underground base at Montauk, NY and they were used to create time portals. It was a computer manufacturing time portals that sent Edward and Duncan Cameron back to 1943 to destroy the ship Eldridge that was trapped in hyperspace during the Philadelpia Experiment. The frequency 435 MHz was used to create time/space tunnels when Al Bielek and Duncan Cameron went physically through to Mars from Montauk.
Today’s 9 Beast computers are much better at speech than the 3 Beast computers in 1973. They can hear human voices, determine what language and answer in it. These computers link directly to thousands of mind-controlled slaves and via various methods, which almost instantly control the behavior of them. Anchorage has a NSA listening post near the HAARP project, whose signals travel on a field line to Pine Gap.
The Beast Computer is also linked there as well as satellite systems. HAARP uses 3 powerful transmitter sites in Alaska. An anonymous US former govt. source says the human brain, if it has a memex brain implant they control, can interface with the Beast Computer which acts as a vast repository of human knowledge as well as answering questions to essentially all previously answered questions instantaneously.
If the human brain has some type of virtual reality holodeck attachment, the computer can even walk the slave through a realistic setting indistinguishable from the real world. One victim had ELF & VLF waves of 435 and 1080 MHz signals targeted on her.

Paul Baird wrote that every single phone call, fax, email, telex and computer data message can be intercepted and analyzed by Echelon worldwide. The Echelon computers can scan ALL satellite, microwave, cellular and fibre-optic contacts for keywords and phrases. He said that the CIA use it to protect their own drug running operations and spy on their opponents together with their Mafia partners.
Paul writes that the head of NATO’s non-lethal weapons initiative wants all humans implanted at birth. Baird writes Govt. agencies can use infrasound laser weapons coming from remote satellites to cause illness and pain to targeted individuals. Visual holograms and blurred vision can be effected by satellite lasers aimed at tracked individuals. They can also use neurophones, which is a device to convert sound to electrical impulses.
A directional satellite laser or microwave targets an individuals nervous system and it enters the brain as voice threats or noise. These can come from any direction and can be perceived as ghosts, God’s voice, aliens, Satan or laughing. Silent subliminal words can target people too, to make them think thoughts are their own.
Brain wave scanners can mind read by training a satellite onto someone’s head and scanning its magnetic field. Patterns which show particular emotions can be read and more can be sent back to change the emotional/psychological state. EEG results of computerized brainwave scanning can be relayed to US govt. faculties, and the thoughts can be interpreted instantaneously, with a brain wave vocabulary, developed from the CIA’s LSD experiments. Remote torture or interrogation can be carried out by staff at computers thousands of miles away.
Baird writes that psychic phenomena and “coincidences” can be arranged using brain-scanning technologies. Could every citizen be brainwave scanned by Echelon at Pine Gap and thoughts suppressed? The most powerful mind-control is still trauma-based built on a foundation of multiple personalities which are dissociated personalities and parts of the mind. It appears that electronic mind-control is being overlaid on top of this. The victim’s consciousness is not able to think past the electronic mind-control which catches their undivided attention, being too distracted to deal with the deeper issues of trauma-based mind-control. At the NWO’s major massive beast computer center in Alaska in the 1970’s, an engineer who was in charge of building and getting the center operational, revealed the site’s capabilities. They also had one in South Africa and one in Pine Gap. Those authorized will have access to instantaneous data on individuals to track and control every move with the chip in the cards, or embedded in the body. These cards are reprogrammable at hundreds of thousands of scanner centers and have more than five gigabytes of data per individual of updated data.
Texe writes that scanners will identify you by the shape of your hand, foot, face or head, fingerprints, blood type, human leukocytes antigen, DNA, iris scan and voice. Satellite cameras which can take recognizable 35mm-type images of golf balls below, will be able to locate you from the chip in the card, nobody being able to buy and sell without it. DNA databanks have samples of blood from newborn babies since the 1960s as mandatory state screening, plus the military and criminals have been databased.
John St. Clair Akwei writes in Texe’s book, that the Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment, for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Everything in the environment with an electrical current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves. The NSA/DOD has developed advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects, whether manmade or organic, that have electrical activity.
A target’s bioelectric field can be remotely detected, and monitored 24 hrs a day. With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs) which can be decoded into a person’s brain states and thoughts. The NSA records and decodes individual brain maps of hundreds and thousands of people. The speech centers of the brain can be translated into the person’s verbal thoughts and this can be manipulated and simulated auditory hallucinations can be induced. Visual memory can also be seen as images from a person’s brain on a video monitor.
NSA operatives can put images into someone’s brain while they are in REM sleep for brain-programming purposes. So currents thoughts, images and sounds of anyone can be decoded read and changed by NSA’s most powerful computers in the world. Much power has been taken away from the human race now due to global treaties taking away sovereignty. This started originally with aliens whom world governments have made pacts, dictating to the UN top brass which laws to make.

Paranormal Research Techniques

Throughout my research I have become aware of how useful remote viewing (RV) can be in gaining information on topics that have proved impossible to analyze by any other method. [An introduction to the science underlying RV and remote mind-control
technology (RMCT) is published in NEXUS, vol. 3, no. 6.]
Having developed basic do-it-yourself guides for beginners in the RV field, I found that there was still an accuracy problem with these simple methods. So I set up the company, Paranormal Management Systems, to concentrate on the scientific study of RV and the development of techniques that would far outstrip most military methodologies in the West. Unfortunately, most RV practitioners have not had access to these new techniques and are utilising controlled remote-viewing methodologies as espoused by the Americans.
Any group of researchers willing to use the paranormal as an aid to investigation can make use of techniques such as remote viewing, telepathy and group-augmentation effects.
So what are the steps involved?

Instead of switching off the brain stress system to inculcate the theta state of consciousness (the method I use in PMS training), a much simpler technique can be used-involving listening to baroque music to relax the brain for RV or telepathic operation.

This baroque music technique was developed by the Bulgarians in their Suggestology Super Learning parapsychology training courses. They found that the ordered, rhythmic nature of this music entrains alpha waves in the listener.
It is much less efficient than the PMS training but for beginners it is relatively easy just to listen to baroque music as a prelude to practicing RV or telepathy.

Group-Augmented RV & ESP Capabilities

Researchers using RV to investigate UFOs, for instance, need to work together in groups for best results.
Firstly, the group decides on one particular target, be it an alien planet, military site, etc., and each member then tries to obtain RV data on the target. This is done separately so that none of the remote viewers gets a chance to discuss findings while in the process of remote viewing.
Once they have completed their RV, they look at all the data the group has acquired. The common characteristics of what they viewed remotely would be the details they should then concentrate on, because if all or most of the remote viewers saw the same
thing independently, this would indicate that their RV was accurate.
A similar method can be used by ESP (Extra-sensory perception)/telepathy research groups, whether they be involved in psychic questing or tapping into hidden knowledge in the collective unconscious.
So, by applying this method of statistical analysis to the group data, accurate RV or ESP/telepathy episodes can be targeted, and meaningful results can be obtained even if any one individual RV or ESP/telepathy capability is inaccurate.
Consequently, the success that each individual achieves within the group will provide positive feedback and improve individual RV capability by a mechanism analogous to the hundredth monkey effect - the learning of new habits at a distance with no physical contact. More on this shortly.
But let us return briefly to the work of Dr Jessica Utts of Stanford University. Through her statistical analysis of the results of US military RV tests she found that the RV effect was slightly greater than chance, thus proving that RV is indeed a real phenomenon.
European remote viewers are likely to be practicing similar RV methods to the Americans, so they need to use a technique to filter out noise from the RV signal. By remote viewing a target firstly in an independent manner within a group and then going over the results as a group, much of the RV noise can be filtered out. This amplifies RV accuracy by augmenting the signal-to-noise ratio. So, using multiple remote-viewers to give a large database, non-correlated RV noise can be cancelled out by cross-correlating results - thus ignoring spurious data not noted by other members of the group and, instead, concentrating on details that everyone viewed remotely.
This means that meaningful results can be gleaned by using group-augmented RV, even though the RV effect may only be slightly greater than chance.
As a caveat, PMS training methods (as well as the drastic techniques used by the Russians) can dramatically improve RV or ESP/telepathic efficiency.
In my research I have found that groups of people who remotely view the same site at the same time actually amplify their RV capabilities and boost their RV efficiency. This is due to a merging of a biophysical RV state functions of the fields involved.
I have mentioned the hundredth monkey effect, where the more people practice a habitual action or activity, the easier that action becomes for the group.
It is a well known phenomenon that when people or animals repeat the same meme, there is a threshold after which that meme becomes habitual to the race or species.
The best example is the Japanese monkey that learnt to remove sand from its wild rise by washing handfuls of this sandy rice in the sea. Other members of its troop copied this meme. Once a hundred or so of its peers had learnt this action, the meme miraculously appeared in other monkey troops on other islands far removed from the original progenitor of this meme.
The hundredth monkey phenomenon
is a well known anecdote about the spreading of memes by remote viewing.
My discussion of biophysical fields and how they can interact with the fields of other members of the species would seem to indicate that when a threshold number of biophysical fields learn a new meme, the intent for that meme is spread by spontaneous telepathy.
This means that remote viewing is difficult at first, but it becomes easier as more people practice it.
A similar effect is demonstrated with ESP (Extra-sensory perception) and telepathy.
Group-augmented ESP and telepathy

can dramatically boost latent psi-talent in the individual and result in a growth of paranormal abilities as the biophysical field of the individual merges with the group and is amplified in the process. This amplification process of the individual biophysical
field is then carried over to the individual upon the return of the biophysical field to the single state.
Group amplification of biophysical fields enables the individual biophysical field to develop from morphogenetic functioning, through to primary consciousness, and hence to high-order consciousness where ESP/telepathic functions are accessible.
When the person biophysical field leaves the group mind, it loses its high-order consciousness, but there is an augmentation of its natural consciousness.
Continued practice of group-augmented ESP and telepathy leads to an acceleration of
this development, as it is enhanced by the group mind.
In this way, individuals can achieve the maximum capabilities of their PSI (parapsychology) genes in the order of months rather than years.
Furthermore, the genome can be changed by biophysical field effects, so the group-augmented biophysical field can be used to change the group genome to develop new psi-genes. It can also be used to enhance paranormal psycho-neuroimmunological
effects in the individual, and thus can aid group members in achieving healthier, longer lives.
Indeed, any group of people can use RV (Remote Vision) or ESP (Extra-sensory perception) / telepathy as a tool in their own research effort, or to cause physiological changes beneficial to health and longevity.
This is the first time these points have been mentioned outside of superpower military research facilities and the multinational research being undertaken by Sony.

US MILITARY INTEREST IN SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY

An article in New Scientist has described how Japanese scientists are beginning to read P300 brainwaves electronically, with a view to developing computers to scan the brain for verbal content. At present, this research has been able to match up only a handful of words that pass through the subjects brain.
There has been much anecdotal reference to a super-secret group in the US military which has developed the means of electronically scanning the brain to read the subvocalisation that passes through a targets mind. Synthetic telepathy, or electronic
brain-scanning, would be a valuable tool for the US military.
However, since the fall of the Soviet Union, it fears its own population more than foreign enemies.
Lacking sophisticated telepaths developed by the Russians with a gamut of drugs, brain surgery, invasive electronic stimulation, amplification and psychotronic generator interfaces, the US military is rumoured to have perfected synthetic telepathy.
The electromagnetic signals in the brain are of a very weak intensity, but, in synthetic telepathy, only the signals associated with subvocalised thought are of interest.
The areas of the brain associated with speech are the Broca, Wernicke and supplementary motor areas.
So, by connecting these parts of the brain to a computer via electrodes, highly sophisticated computer systems can decode an information stream and read subvocalised thoughts in the brain.
It is well known that the National Security Agency (NSA), the largest of the US state security organizations, possesses the most advanced computer systems in the world.
If Japanese medical research is already detecting a few key-words just using P300 EEG signals, then it is very likely that the NSA can read substantial portions of subvocalised thoughts.
If the alleged transfer of alien technology from the so-called "Greys" is factored in, then full comprehension abilities may already have been achieved.
In the article titled "Covert Operations of the US National Security Agency" [NEXUS, vol. 3, no. 3], the author, John St Clair Akwei, makes mention of EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL) technologies.
Such electronic RMCT has been in development since the MKULTRA program of the early 1950s and, in fact, the US military has been using RNM since the early 1980s.
It is alleged that the Kinnecome Group at the NSA’s Fort Meade is deploying this RMCT against US citizens on a grand scale.
Another group at Fort Bragg is alleged to be using synthetic telepathy and electronic RMCT to augment the capabilities of Green Berets involved in their program.
One of the aims of the research may be to remove conscience in the soldiers so that they may be better equipped for expunging internal subversives such as militia group members.

REMOTE MIND-CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES

My research into biophysical RMCT has enabled me to discover the principles by which this electronic RMCT could be made to work.
It also appears that so-called alien technology has not been needed in the development of synthetic telepathy.
For synthetic telepathy to be effective against a targeted subversive, it has to be usable without controllers physically having to place electrodes on the targets head or implants in the brain.
So, US military personnel may first have developed the use of masers, and other radio-frequency (RF)/microwave devices that carry ELF audiograms, to interfere with the brains motor areas at a distance.
They might have achieved this by destructively interfering with the motor neurone signals (rather like the systems used to generate real-time replicas of the noise made by a car engine, but out of phase, so cancelling the roar of the motor by destructive audio interference) or by just simply swamping the rain with the 10-Hz bioelectric resonance signal associated with motor impulse co-ordination, which could induce paralysis in the victim.
In the event of being detained, a subversive might then be subjected to a crude form of synthetic telepathy involving electrodes being placed on his/her head.
Short-term memory brain-wiping technology would then be applied, combined with ELF audio-grams that inhibit calcium efflux in the brain, with the result that the prisoner is unable to remember what has happened to him.
The next step would be to implant microelectronic devices in the prisoners brain, in order for behavioural control and synthetic, telepathic, subvocalised control signals to be transmitted directly to the brain, bypassing the ears.
However, it must have become clear to the US military that some technique for effecting synthetic telepathy from a distance would be a more effective option.
The military may have found an opportunity to test and deploy its primitive physical synthetic telepathy technology, using as a smokescreen a world wide cover story about alien abductions (even if they are in fact really going on).
In any case, these alien abduction rumours have an added advantage in that anyone abducted by the US military for interrogation or experimentation would never be believed!
Deployment of new technology incorporating low-frequency microwaves and RF is at least a decade old. Security personnel can use it to scan through bodies and walls like X-rays, and see and track a target victim at home. But once they can see inside that persons head, they can conduct computer-controlled targeting by firing pulsed-frequency masers at specific brain centres.
("Maser" is the acronym for "microwave amplification by the stimulated emission of radiation".)
This type of targeting is feasible considering the sophisticated computers in the NSA’s possession.
Synthetic telepathy requires techniques for scanning the specific brain emissions given off when the targeted victim subvocalises.
The techniques must be able to detect the 15-Hz, 5-milliwatt auditory cortex brain emissions that are linked with sound that bypasses
the ear; the ELF frequencies that are linked with the excitation potentials in the brain that are associated with subvocalised thought;
and EEG signals, such as the P300 signals mentioned previously.
The main problem with scanning these brain emissions is that the environment around the target contains a vast background EM noise that swamps the brain’s tiny 5-milliwatt signals. At a distance it is impossible to fix a detector on the 15-Hz-centred
window of ELF signals or the P300 emission band unless the low-level signal can be extracted from the noise.
My interest in this subject arose from my research in augmenting weak RV signals. As described previously, by using group augmented RV, weak information signals can be picked out from the much larger background noise because the noise affects each remote viewer in a different way. However, each remote viewer detects aspects of the same weak RV signal in the same way.
This method of using many detectors to read parallel signals of the same source can be used to pick out very weak signals of interest, buried in a sea of random noise, because the same weak signal is detected by all the receivers. Cross-referencing the multiple signal returns from all the receivers, and looking only for identical signals, allows a very weak signal to be detected from the
background noise.
Dr. Ross Adey, at Loma Linda Veterans Administrative Hospital in California, discovered that the best method for getting an ELF
signal into a human brain is with pulse modulation of a high-frequency field. By firing ELF pulse-modulated masers, which can scan
up and down the window of frequency emissions given off by subvocalised thought, interference effects can be measured in the
maser beam.
The targeted victims ELF brain emissions may interact constructively or destructively with the pulsed-frequency maser carrying ELF in the ELF window associated with subvocalised thoughts.
If out-of-phase converging pulsed masers are fired at a victims brain or brain centre, the out-of-phase ELF modulations of the masers cancel each other out by destructive interference. Thus, no resonance effects in the brain are established to perturb the
brain emissions of subvocalisation. Since the converging ELF-modulated masers are affected by low-level emissions in the targets brain, shifts in the ELF-pulsed signal going into the brain can be detected.
A simplistic version of this would be to direct a laser beam at a window in the targeted persons home. The vibrations in the
window cause modulations in the laser that can be converted into electrical signals and hence into sound.
In RMCT (pulsed ELF-audiogram-modulated interference-maser synthetic-telepathy), the ELF emissions in the targets brain may interfere constructively or destructively with the ELF modulations carried by the maser as it pulses up and down the frequency range window of subvocalised thought. But before this data can be analysed, the low-level signal has to be picked out of the noise.
Since at least two pairs of converging masers have to be targeted on the brain of the victim, his ELF emissions will affect the maser beams in exactly opposite ways, while the background noise will cause various changes in the two masers.
If only identical but opposite perturbations are looked for in the pulsed window of ELF-modulated maser return signals, then, with computer simulation, a real-time picture can be produced of ELF emissions in the victims brain.
Having already built up a library of excitation potential signatures for differing words and word groupings, a sophisticated computer can begin to decode the emission signatures into word streams. In this way, the victims subvocalised thoughts can be stored in the memory of NSA state-of-the-art computers, ready for analysis by NSA personnel.
Using ELF audiograms carried by a single pulse-modulated maser, subvocalised thoughts can be placed in the victims brain.
This gives synthetic telepathy operators the ability to enter into conversations with a targeted subversive to drive him mad, and to input key-words to get the victim thinking about the information they wish to find.

THE SPECTER OF THOUGHT CONTROL

Telepathy has come a long way since the early days of research. Russian telepaths have made massive advances in the biophysical and electronic spheres of research, while the US military in all probability already has a fully-functioning synthetic telepathy system.
The head of US Special Forces, Major-General Schaknow, made the first public revelations about synthetic telepathy during a July 1992 lecture at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Certainly, the mechanisms by which synthetic telepathy might operate are well within the capabilities of US military technology. Without being limited by qualms or ethical concerns, the military is almost certain to have developed synthetic telepathy in a usable form and deployed it against internal subversives such as militia members and black activists.

There are currently no known protocols for medical facilities or law enforcement to use when a victim reports that they are being attacked by an electromagnetic neuroweapon. NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation
NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKUltra program of the early 1950’s, which included neurological research into “radiation” (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as “Radiation Intelligence,” defined as “information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation.”
Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex. bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject’s brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain- programming purposes.
Capabilities of NSA operatives using RNM
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the U.S. since the 1940’s. The NSA, Ft. Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brain. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech and 3D sound, and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject’s brain (bypassing the ears) and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject’s perceptions, moods, and motor control.
Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community. RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.
National Security Agency Signals Intelligence Electronic Brain Link Technology
NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person’s bioelectric fields.
The NSA’s Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 hz,.5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain.
Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials.”
Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials.” The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject’s brain.
NSA SigInt uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level).

Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in That specific brain area. The CIA NSA perps are using a 'fabricated or falsified stream' to interfere with your memory and thought process. Once you become dependent (ie. you believe their impulse injections are your own) on the system's output (or they believe your responses to it are consistent) they will begin to fabricate 'subconscious responses' which they will pretend are indicators of honesty/dishonesty, positive recognition, anxiety, etc, and they will use these 'impulse injections' to convince you that the fabricated responses are your own.
If you are unaware of this constant mental manipulation the system will begin to shape your thoughts and behavior. They will use this to [attempt to] restrict your thoughts and behavior by blocking [interfering with] your memory and thought process while these suggestions (injected impulses) are being provided - the interference is triggered and can be activated at will by the attackers.
Why it is Necessary for RNM Mind Control to Exist and How It Works.
Mind Control technology began in the 1960’s during the Cold War and was used on unwitting citizens for non-consensual experimentation for the purpose of research and development, such as the infamous MKUltra programs run by the American CIA. The horror of what was happening was discovered and the program was allegedly shut down in the 1970’s, which we now know is a lie.
Neuroscience is essentially the study of the human mind and central nervous system. It has now been weaponized by the CIa and Department of Defense using Directed Energy Weapons and nano-scale devices.
The human body is a ‘Vibratory Organism’. It is an ‘Electromagnetic Organism’ and, as such, each organ of the body ‘VIBRATES’ at a different frequency of electromagnetic energy. By varying the frequency and intensity of each beam of energy, CIA NSA operatives can manipulate each region and organ of the human anatomy.
Everything started in the 1960’s with the Spanish scientist, Dr. Jose Delgado, who conducted his famous ‘bull experiment’ by implanting an electrode in the brain of one of these animals. Dr. Delgado agitated the bull until it became angry and began to attack, while at the same time standing motionless in front of the bull. When the bull would charge at him, Dr. Delgado had a remote control device in his hand that he would push causing the bull to come to a complete stop and then spin around in circles.
The CIA later hired Dr. Jose Delgado, and other pioneers in the field, such as the notable neuroscientist from Norway, Dr Jacobson.
At that time, non-consensual experimentations on human beings began to occur under the guise of black ops covert weapon testing programs, for which there was no accountability, transparency or oversight, and this continues to our present day in the 21st century.

A nanometer is one millionth of a millimeter and these microbic composite materials are so small they can only be seen with a special microscope. On average, these microbic composite materials are around 50 nanometers in size. they interact through streams of photons (directed energy flashing) and can speak to and decode the neurotransmitters in your brain.
As such we are now able to digitally communicate with the human mind via a brain to computer interface or an electronic brain to brain interface.
